Nice skillet
What did you Keto today?
Iâm trying to teach myself to like fish. This is cod with thyme and oregano and brussel sprouts with cream cheese
Donât have a pic but I ended a three day fast with a sixteen oz steak smothered in butter with a side of broccoli also smothered in butter.
Trying to get my kids away from carbie breakfasts but getting some grumbling about scrambled eggs all the time. So I made these; pretty much just eggs and sausage.
Iâve been telling my kids that breakfast cereal is basically sugary dog food⌠because thatâs what it is.
Nothing for 39hours so far. Amazing how food poisoning can create opportunities for a water only fast!
I have big plans for these bagels I made last night. Will involve some cream cheese, smoked salmon and thinly sliced red onionâŚ
Wow, those look beautifulâŚwhich recipe did you use? I tried making fat head bagels, and they were OK, but pretty flat and not really bagel-like.
They are actually pretty easy to make and I am not sure whoâs recipe it is but it came from a site called low wholesome yum. The directions are the same as for pizza crustâŚexcept you split the dough into 6 pieces and roll into rolls and shape. Bake in a preheated 425 oven for between 12 to 15 minutes.

Steak tips slow cooked with mushrooms, butter, tomato and scallions and thyme. A toasted keto bun, and a big pile of creamy buttery parmesan cauliflower mash.
My first attempt at Ox Tails. No recipe really, I just cooked them like I would stew beef, in the crock pot, all day. We call it dog torture around here.
I canât even imagine what those smell like! What do they taste like? Iâve never had Ox Tails
It smells heavenly, and just like beef stew to me. As for the taste, I canât comment on that since we havenât eaten yet, but I think itâs going to be a winner! Iâm going to make a gravy and have it over cauliflower rice with creamed spinach.
I have a friend that raises grass fed cows and she offered to give me some tongues when they take their cows to slaughter⌠I think I may beg her for some tails too, since they donât eat them!
And welcome to the forum, btw!
