What did you Keto today?

(Sophie) #3431

Keep it up and in another month you’ll look like a 17yo!

(G. Andrew Duthie) #3432

I’d settle for looking like a 27yo!

(Ernest) #3433

Grass fed beef, bulk pork sausage, a bunch of real parmesan cheese, Sriracha, diced onions,

(Sophie) #3434

I hear ya! lol

#3435

Had “pho” today. Kale substituted for noodle. Beef bone broth with tripe and tendon. Add 2 tsp of butter.

I found these 100% dark chocolate from Trader Joe’s, no sugar added.

(Patrick) #3436

My first instant pot:
Pork county style ribs.

(Rob) #3437

Will give that a go. Good tip

A quickly thrown together Bacon, egg, halloumi and crayfish salad with Caesar dressing

#3440

Pre-fast brunch: Leftover ribeye, eggs, avocado cucumber tomato salad, olives, soaked almonds/walnuts, low carb bagel and butter.

(Gabriel G.) #3441

How do you like this method for wings? I’m afraid I’d miss the crispiness of being fried.

(Ernest) #3442

Veni, vidi, vici

#3443

Tuna melt on a half batch of fathead crust, and cauliflower rice:

If slow cooked pork shoulder is wrong, I don’t wannabe right

(Andrew Anderson) #3445

They are actually very crispy. I didn’t cook these slow, you could if you want a smoke house feel. Think regular oven temp of 350ish but not direct heat from the fire. The skin gets crispy and evenly cooked since no side just sits on a closed flat surface, open all over!

(G. Andrew Duthie) #3446

Picked up one of those last time I was there. Too intense for me. My 14 yo son really liked it, though.

“bulletproof” Peppermint Mocha - Happy holidays everyone!
You could add some MCT perhaps but I just used coconut oil here.

Recipe:

1 tbsp - Butter
1 tbsp - Coconut Oil
1/2 tbsp - Swerve (or more if you like it sweet!)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
3-4 drops - Peppermint oil
1 cup - Hot Coffee
1 tbsp - Cocoa Powder

Blend and serve!

(I want abs... olutely all the bacon) #3448

Chili Cheese Dog Casserole. I had a hard time capturing a good pic that shows the deliciousness

What I look forward to in the morning. This one has 1Tbl coconut oil, 1 Tbl heavy cream, sliver of Kerrygold, bit if Redmonds salt, bit of cinnamon, dash of cayenne, 1 tsp Hershey’s special dark. Frothed up & topped with cinnamon and nutmeg. :yum:
