No pics, jumped on it to quick. But it was green beans with butter and garlic, along side grilled wild caught Alaskan sockeye salmon. Small dish of full fat Fage plain yogurt with strawberries and a touch of whipped cream with walnut pieces and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Gotta love these summer time meals.
Today - Goats cheese, slices of dried goat sausage and pork with roquefort cheese, butter, 5 black olives and 3 fried eggs. Mmmm breakfast…
I tried my first fathead pizza last night!
Actually it was a combination of Carl’s and Matt’s versions. Turned out better than I hoped!
A brand new Walmart by my house had grass-fed NY strip steaks. Price was great, decided to give it a go. Pretty damn good.
I call it “bacon brussel sprout hash”. Cooked in bacon grease. Don’t worry. I cracked a couple eggs on top for more fat/protein
EDIT: Also the bacon is farmers market jowl bacon. Yum

I want to thank whoever mentioned it, we found it at our local King Sooper (part of the Kroger line of markets).
It was so easy and so good. A whole pizza is 8g of carb and 50 g of protein.
One of those things that just come together. 3 whole eggs, a pour of heavy cream, some shredded Gouda cheese, chopped bacon, chives, a touch of cayenne. Baked in a mini loaf pan.
