We don’t have a recipe for the scrapple right now. We were just going with a loose idea. Once we have it dialed in we will share the recipe.

Fasting today this was Friday’s lunch. 1/2 lb. wagyu and tenderloin burger, no bun, blu cheese, bacon and grilled onions with a small side salad with vinaigrette dressing. This place has a mix of pink and grey salt in the salt grinders. Love eating lunch there.
I don’t have a picture but hubby and I went to a new Mexican restaurant in town and I had chili lime pork rinds with guacamole and queso fundido. So good!
I’m interested too! I’m from NC and we have a little thing down here called livermush! It’s a lot like scrapple, but firmer. It has a lot of cornmeal, so I’ve been deprived! I had scrapple in Pennsylvania years ago and loved it!
@matt I grew up in PA but almost never ate scrapple because I was vegetarian from age 12 to 20!

Sous vide then fried chicken gizzards. I had the hot oil already…why not slice the avocado and and and drop them in the hot oil.
