What did you Keto today?

(Ashley Haddock) #844

Thank you!

(Francis Lessard) #845

My son’s creation for dinner last saturday. Sliced lamb Gyros style meat rolls, with keto friendly white sauce (in the spririt of NYC Halal Guys food cart white sauce), salad, thin onions. So good it’s hard to eat only 2-3 pieces…

I’ve been here long enough to post in recipes now, so here it is. Consider this a beta version, as I’m not done experimenting with converting it to keto.

Bacon-wrapped smoked oysters, it’s what’s for lunch.

Looks awesomeness! Great idea, I love oysters and of course bacon

(Jared) #853

From a local restaurant called Game, I give you a kangaroo burger (sans bun) with brie, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, bone marrow mayo, and a big hunk of pork belly, served next to some tasty grilled asparagus!

@jackieduke2003 Look great. How do you avoid cooking the bacon well enough without over cooking the oysters?

Lunch at 1 this afternoon. First meal of the day. Mushrooms, bacon, and eggs. Bacon first and everything else cooked in the grease. Simple and delicious!

(Zack F) #862

One of my favorites!

(Jessica ) #863

Mmmm. One cannot describe how tasty this is. Just know that I made it two nights in a row because it was SO good.
