Boring keto leftovers. Potato looking things are kohlrabi. Brussel sprouts cooked in ghee, chopped brussel leaves cooked in Bacon fat on top of kohlrabi, eggs with ghee/butter hollandaise with fresh chives, creamy tuna/kohlrabi casserole, couple slices of good cheese and a dallop of mascarpone.
Thanks Mike! I do my own homemade rub, and since discovering keto, I’ve had to tweak it to remove the sugar side of the ingredients, lol! But the rub has: garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne, chili powder, salt, pepper and a bit of cinnamon. Smoked over apple wood!

you must mean mascarpone if it is in relation to @devhammer - he is mad for the stiff. It is sort of a cross between cream and cream cheese - not really cheese at all, just creamy. It is classified as a cheese because of the process but I think it is more like a really thick cream. Quite sweet in flavour and yummy.
Hey look on you tube there’s a video to show how to make low carb tortillas with coconut flour and egg whites. Made then today. They were pretty good I just need practice flipping them. It’s hard to use a utinsil and much easier to flip by pinching the edges with two hands and Flip by hand for real!
