What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!
Used some of my garden tomatoes and 3 cubanelle banana peppers also from my garden to make tomato coconut milk soup. Going to have with dinner tonight - is yummy.
Then jerk chicken with pickled veg! Very nice.
I remember HEB stores from San Antonio We don’t have them here, but I will keep looking for a local store and if needed check out that online mart Ogre posted…just can’t get that cheese out of my mind now lol, probably because I am fasting!
A Signature Kroger might have it also.
I really miss HEB now that I live in BFE Arkansas.
Sous vide steak for tonight! Using the fresh dried tarragon I picked from the local public herb garden.
Looks rich and yummy! And different than a lot of the foods I eat on a regular basis. It’s still too early for good garden tomatoes in Utah, I hope I think of this when they start showing up in the farmer’s markets.
Today was a busy one…so lunch basically consisted of a pack of bacon strips and a couple of boiled eggs that I ate on the street while waiting for my mum to pick me up!
Been craving salty stuff all day so I had a good go at a pack of olives when I got home…
Then dinner was this amazing cheeseburger omelette…
My best antipasti plate yet!
Going home on Monday so be interesting to see what the scales say after a week of TMAD and out to lunch every day😶
Breakfast, 7.30: 2 buttery scrambled eggs
Snack, 3.15: burger at church fete sandwiched between two slices of cheese
Dinner, 7.30: ribeye steak with mushrooms, butter and cream cheese, broccoli and cauliflower
Slow cooked Truffle Pig Cider Pork Belly with crackling and greens (cooked in butter + pork drippings)
Outside doing yardwork this morning so I opted for a quick plate of stuff for lunch. Made my favorite sausage (Conecuh brand) to go with ham and collard greens I started this morning. I could eat bowls of those greens.
So we used up a lot of left-overs for tonight’s meal. Had more Liver, Gizzards and Hearts, plus some Chicken Salad made from the 1/2 Rotisserie from day before… Also ate some Pickles, Olives & Vinegar soaked Cucumbers. Then used the remaining Taco Meat for a Salad. (Gave most the Gizzards to Pups)
Keeping it super simple this evening. Ok fine, I didn’t want to cook (again) 2 Roma brand old bay sausages with sour cream…I think someone wants me to share
