Garden bounty today

Salad from said garden

Dinner was leftover roast, cottage cheese with garden onion and tomatoes, garden cucumbers and onions marinated in ACV and a little erythritol. Two blueberries from our small bush that is finally producing. They were sweet!

Oh and half a jalapeño cheese muffin from a local bakery offering keto goods.

Was planning on Fasting, but I’ve been feeling a bit blah all day, and my back has been cramping most of the afternoon. So thought while making dinner for the Wife & Son, I would go ahead & eat something.

Ate some Pepperoni, Deviled Eggs, Pickles, Olives, (2) 1/4 l. Hotdogs, Sauerkraut, and then some of the Zucchini Pizza Wedges I was making. … Will see how tomorrow goes for Fasting.

It’s kind of a bummer that I have Baby back pork ribs do dialed in, as here very shortly, I think the BBQ’er might get used for nothing but a searing rack, as soon as I get my Souse Vide machine…

But anyway, these came out so freaking good ! We used a new BBQ sauce called G. Hughes Hickory which uses “the only sweetener any food item ever should”… Sucralose  Super tasty, and almost no carbs.

Too bad my drink uses Stevia… It would be better with Splenda too but… My GF buys those. I’m still looking for Shasta Diet Root beer and Diet Cream soda, which use sucralose. I’m sure those will be the best sugar free sodas you can buy also.

@FishChris Haven’t you discovered Diet Coke with Splenda?

(Dirty Lazy Keto'er, Sucralose freak ;)) #1779

Yes, I know about Coke with Splenda, but not really into cola’s anymore…

I’m glad you had a good time with your son, he looks so happy. And why not, being with you and everything you cook looks so delicious and nourishing! And now you are looking forward to an extended time together, lovely!:hugs:

I’m sorry guys, I posted the above post with pics in the wrong subforum (chubby fingers, it asked me which theme I wanted, chose the wrong one and now I don’t know how to move it back). I selected the delete option, but it is still showing the post :frowning:

(Allie) #1783

It’s fine don’t worry :sparkling_heart:

#1784

I promise, my dog and my husband weren’t on the keto menu yesterday… :joy: Although my husband would be a perfect keto-macro steak :joy:
