@Janie, how long do you cook the ribs in the IP, and how long do you smoke? I want to try this! Our smoker is “out of hibernation” because my hubby smoked 25 pounds of sausage for our friends’ anniversary/retirement party this weekend, and I want to take advantage and get some more stuff smoked.

OK, I have resisted going there up to now, but if they have beef ribs I am SO all over it!
I cooked them for 25 minutes in the IP and then brushed BBQ sauce on them and smoked around an hour.

I’ve come to stay with my Mum for a week. We are going to binge on Wimbledon and go out for a few jollies!
Today we had some of my korma left over from Saturday for lunch. And then I have just had this with a nice cup of tea!

I like looking at the food pictures and getting ideas of what I could make AND it has been so helpful to see the amounts that people eat.
One of my challenges is portions and how much is too much or too little. You all have really given me a visual range of meal sizes.

I keep meaning to make a cauliflower casserole…I forgot to buy mince this week though…I put it on my Friday’s grocery list, with some cauliflower. I normally buy the cauliflower weekly anyway, but will have to buy extra for that recipe as well.
