So, all but the rotisserie chicken is leftovers from my friends’ 45th/retirement party yesterday. My hubby smoked the sausage, and we kept the “overcooked ones … but still have a bunch more of the lovely ones. You’ll see them in an upcoming episode! :wink: Sides: faux-tato salad, slaw, collards w/bacon, guacamole w/celery (& pork rinds if I fall short on celery) pickles.

Starting a Fast tonight, so the wife fixed me up a nice meal… Cut up Chicken, with Squash & Zucchini, in a nice Cheesy-Gray. Also had some Pickles, Olives, Deviled Eggs, Cauliflower in Butter, and Cottage Cheese with a couple Strawberries. Also ate 15 Pecan halves and drank a Coconut Bai drink.

Instant Pot pork ribs finished in my smoker. Garden zoodles cooked in ghee with onion and red curry paste. Garden yellow squash fried in bacon grease.

Soup & Steak

We got hungry while the Sousvide did it’s job and finished my Portugese Linguiça Chicken and Kale Soup.

Got the griddle hot and blackened those steaks.

Blackened New York Steaks

This is a humongous platter. Like for a turkey! It was a little overkill for Steven and I, but he ate more than I expected. I like leftovers okay, but steak is never as good as when it’s just done. :cut_of_meat: :yum:

Me, too but super easy with an Instant Pot. 25 min and they are falling off the bone. Could have easily finished them under the broiler by brushing with SF BBQ sauce and browning the tops.
