More Easy Taco Pie casserole, zucchini and homemade blue cheese dressing with cracked black pepper. When reheated, the taco pie strongly reminds me somehow of tamales, which I love. It has taco meat in the bottom layer with a mix of blended eggs, cream and seasonings poured over the top (no cornmeal or tortillas in sight!), so that’s a little strange. But yummy!

Scrambled with Hot Italian Sausage, Zucchini, Kalamata Olives, Capers and Kaiserinna Cheese
My husband decided to surprise me with more bbq (which means that he is officially dead meat, now that I know he can whip up the grill any given day (workday, holiday, weekend) ) but since we’re in the middle of a heatwave (36C today, up to 37 tomorrow), we ate inside with the AC…
Plate #1 of my OMAD (full plates are bothering me lately, so I go for seconds, thirds, etc

Oh man the thought of that just made me feel a bit uncomfortable…!
I better start stockpiling just in case
Is it wrong to feel quite proud of myself for demolishing over half a gammon joint (and three scrambled eggs)?!?!
2 x 1/2 lb burger patties (yes, there WAS 2 but I was late getting the pic)
(don’t judge … I ate them cold … lol)
For lunch I had quite carby soup and have got home this evening feeling ravenous and with furry teeth. Ick.
To improve matters I’ve got half a kilo of pork belly slices in the oven right now. Looking forward to enjoying some of those with some homemade kraut and pickled cucumbers. That’ll fix me nicely! As of course will a toothbrush. #tmi
At least yours is UK made so you don’t have to worry about stockpiling for Brexit
Nooooooo, not the ‘B’ word! This forum is where we ketogenic Brits come to escape it!
I just made a very delicious salad for lunch (my kids are not nearby so no pic… as they have cell phones and I don’t… haha).
But it was:
Spinach, with a chopped up small zucchini, some cauliflower, broccoli, grated mozzarella cheese, and a can of smoked oysters with a dressing I made from avacodo mayo,ev olive oil, pickle juice, him salt, ground pepper, parsely, minced garlic (was delicious, I just made it up as I was making it) and it is delicious, I am still eating it now =).
For supper I have a package of
Kirkland Signature Beef Polish Sausages from Costco that I bought Friday night that I am going to have my hubby BBQ when he is home from work.
I will make veggies cooked in ev olive oil for all of us and then make some baked potatoes for the rest of the family.
Will be delicious I am sure =).
