Haha its the sweet equivalent of eating pizza topping and leaving the crust!
What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!
Originally wasn’t going to eat dinner after my lunch, but got hungry while cooking for the family so …
6 eggs cooked in butter w/ cheese melted in.
Another breakfast of leftovers, which makes for some weird flavor combinatorics: easy taco pie (Keto), perfectly steamed broccoli (still a bit crisp even after reheating) with an excellent easy cheese sauce and mashed cauliflower with blue cheese.
Had chilli with plenty of cheese, taking the last to work!
Last night shift tonight and then off for 3 weeks, 2 weeks of tennis and a few jollies thrown in! Not least, tickets for Wimbledon on men’s quarter finals day!
Looks lovely, @CrackerJax
and nice! Enjoy Wimbledon, that is terrific. I so wish I will be able to visit England one day -that would be my dream vacation!
NO EGGS THIS MORNING…
I’m with @DiMo this morning, I forgot to go to the store yesterday because a friend was here and I woke up to no eggs…a near disaster that was solved eating some Portuguese Linguiça and Kale soup and a commodity that I make sure never to run out of …
No eggs?!
I can’t imagine that happening here now, my girls are too efficient This morning Maud laid a soft shell so that went to my dog, but Waffle laid a double (105g!!) so that makes up for it
I think the only mornings I don’t have eggs now is when I’m fasting.
Mid-day leftovers from last night… 1/2 Hamburger, some Liver, a little bit of the Sausage, Squash, Tomato and Mushroom dish. Added some Cheeses, Cottage, String and Cheddar. Some Vienna’s, Olives, Pork Rinds, Pepperoni and a Blue Berry Bai the Wife threw in.
An Egg Fast might solve that?.. I’ve never done one, but have read many times where folks do. Though for me, Fasting consist of no foods, but to each their own.
A rare evening when I decide to eat and I’ve decided I need more magnesium so need chocolate
I had one of my bacon wrapped scotch eggs too.
This was from last night, but it still counts!
I actually made a ½ recipe, but used the normal amount of zucchini. The kids loved it!
