Those things for me if I still have them in my cupboard are deemed hurricane supplies
What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!
Didn’t last long.
Mussles in their natural juices found at Aldi in the freezer section, and yes! I NUKED them. Holy cow yummy and made some melted butter with garlic powder to dip into.
5 minutes, no mess, debating going for the second box.
Never nuked before and very impressed with the results.
Crustless quiche comprising goose eggs, butter, salt, pepper, cheese, a leek and asparagus. Four stonkingly scrummy helpings! Goose eggs are my new favourite thing - this quiche had the texture of cake! Served lukewarm with krauty coleslaw.
@Momof5 I got them from the local asparagus farm - sadly today was the last day their shop was open for the season. They open between late April and midsummer for the asparagus, and as well as that they sell a variety of eggs (hen, duck and goose), local cheese and sausages - they stopped picking their asparagus today, so that’s it until next year!
Heard rumours that another local farm shop still has goose eggs, so I’ll check it out. They’re extremely expensive though, so they’re a rare treat!
I missed the knickers, I was admiring your pink toes!
We should have a new thread, what did you keto today and spot the random object!

@KetoSnaps Rebecca --very nice, sounds like you have really cool farms in your area, with fresh things, very nice!
Apologies for the decidely less-than-stellar composition. Rough and ready (paper plate in my office in an old industrial facility - they made tank barrels here in World War II) fried beef liver with lots of butter and salt (wow, will it ever stand up to salt…). Not wanting to grievously scorch the elegant eyeballs of @x-Dena-x, I muted the heat with a couple Anaheim peppers, usually only about 1/5 as hot as Jalapeños.
or scorch other things!! I’m proud of your paperplate, though. I think it looks.freat.
Stuffed with what? My god, thanks for the invite. I dont care where you live, I’ll come over. You can cook and I’ll repay you with singing and being overall amusing.
