Lunch wasn’t much to shout about…Salmon, chicken and Cheese sauce but it was so tasty and filled me up. Oh and some leftover keto bread with a blob of butter. My belly is full of macros now!

(The odd number on the lamb is because I was eyeballing the weight when I cut it from the chunk, then weighed it to see how close I was).

I don’t have a cell phone, and no kids nearby to take pics of my food atm but for lunch I made (after my daily 18 hour fast) -eating 1pm-7pm (daily):

In a pan with organic, extra virgin olive oil I sauteed:

cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and spinach, with just a few pieces of diced up yellow bell pepper (I use the peppers sparingly but add a few bits at times).

I also have a can of smoked oysters, drained in a colander and dumped vinegar on top of them, rinsed in water, drained and ate them (I do this when I eat them).

64 ounces of water with this and a cup of green tea (nothing added).

Delicious, still eating all this while I browse the forum but yes =).

It was pretty darn great! I hesitated to buy it, because it was a netted package with only 3 in there, but they were huge. So glad I went ahead with it, perfectly ripe :yum:

You may have already tried this, but if you have ripe fruit in the house, a banana or apple even, place the unripe avocado in a paper bag or drawer or even a bowl together and it will expedite the ripening process for your avocado :avocado:

Today, nothing yet as I don’t eat till dinner, but my dinners this week consist of:

8 oz filet mignons
3 pork ribs, dry rubbed and brushed with Franks red hot
Approx. 4 slices of pork jowl bacon
2 eggs fried in the fat of the jowl bacon
