What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!

(Tamela Robinette) #944

I made some of @Digital_Dave’s zucchini pizza wedges and oh my my! Really scratched an itch as Papa John’s has been after my soul emailing me about their $6 pizzas.

I bet if you ate enough shrooms you would see all of those things…a beautiful sight it would be! :mushroom::fairy:‍♀:mage:‍♂:elf:‍♂
Pretty sure I’ve kicked myself out of ketosis with all the red wine I’ve drank today…

#946

Those look real good! :+1: … Coincidentally, I’m about to make some of those myself. … Along with a new thing I’ve been wanting to try. Had the thought for a while now. Post back here shortly.

be careful, in the ice coffee, if it’s not “black” it has the “classic” syrup and for a grande, that is 20 carbs.

IngredientsIce, Brewed Coffee, Classic Syrup [Sugar, Water, Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid].

I always order iced coffee … no classic.

(Lazy, Dirty Keto 😝) #948

This was a cold brew, doesn’t come with any syrup by default

(Jody) #949

that’s what I order as well. I just wanted to make sure because it seems they always want to sneak the carbs in on us. :rage:

(Lazy, Dirty Keto 😝) #950

Isn’t that the truth  I was actually surprised myself to see that there is syrup already added to their iced coffee unless you specify “black”

(traci simpson) #951

Nice juicy steak topped with smoked jalapeño cheddar, some sautéed avocado and a little mayo on the side

(Little Miss Scare-All) #952

@Diygurl19 I had those SAME EXACT plates from Bed Bath. I broke every stinkin one of them.

(Full Metal KETO AF) #953

Hard to do that with paper, eh Dena. :cowboy_hat_face:

(Little Miss Scare-All) #954

Thus the paper. I have a hard time breaking that.

(Tamela Robinette) #955

I’m waiting with anticipation! Btw, hubby is not keto but 90% vegetarian and he loved the zucchini pizza wedges! We devoured them and will make them often.

#956

Glad he liked them. They are pretty good and V doesn’t usually eat Zucchini, but loves these.

Actually, here’s my plate from the first batch and have a second in now. … But I was missing one ingredient, so my Son is at the store presently picking some up, so might be a little bit.

I’ll probably eat one of two of the next batch, but they are a little smaller, being nearer the ends.

Actually just took the smaller ones of the bunch for the second plate.

Improvisation on a Greek Salad Theme

Mostly raw Zoodles, Chicken Breast from a Costco Chicken, Giardineara, Peperoncinni, Kalamata Olives and a homemade dressing with lots of fresh Oregano and Spearmint. Kaiserinna Cheese piled on top. :man_cook:t3: :yum:

:cowboy_hat_face:

(Little Miss Scare-All) #958

Where’s the anchovies?!?!?!? Cant have a greek salad without anchovies!

(Full Metal KETO AF) #959

@x-Dena-x I’ve never had that, it sounds good though because I love those salty little devils. LOVE EM ON PIZZA, Putanesca Zoodles coming soon to a dinner plate near me. This was the first zucchini from my little garden.

We probably get bastardized Greek food in California unlike the east coast. I thought the absence of Feta Chesse was the more obvious absent ingredient,
(I didn’t have any). :cowboy_hat_face:

(Little Miss Scare-All) #960

:rofl::rofl: NJ is like home of the diner, usually owned by Greeks. One of my favorite things from a diner is a good Greek salad, and they all come with anchovies, although most people opt out.

I’m a mutant and ask for extra. Usually, they get forgotten even after asking for extra, because the line cook muscle memories their omission.

They’re tasty little buggers. :heart::heart::heart:

(Ernest) #961

Summer vibes. Again, you do not need bbq sauce to pull out great BBQ.

(Little Miss Scare-All) #962

Those look great @Ernest. Masterpiece and I’m not talkin KC.

#963

Well, Tamela, my son got back from the store and got home just as the next batch came out. I looked at them as they were finishing up and knew what was next. … V said ‘Yeah, I think I’m good’. And my Son said he might grab something small, but that he was probably good with the Zucchini Pizza. So told them I would just make what I was planning tomorrow. Probably for lunch, will post it tomorrow.

It’s nothing big, just something I’ve been wanting to try.
