I was reading Brenda’s Pancake thread earlier and saw a few people dropped the oil added to the recipe, Brenda said it’s probably not necessary. No one who dropped it had a waffle iron sticking problem without the added oil.

Chevre blanc wrapped in parma ham and fried to crispy gooiness! Served on a bed of leaves with oven roasted tomato and toasted pine nuts. Dressed with a tomato dressing.
Followed by medium ribeye, with roasted tomatoes and asparagus, roasted shallots with butter and thyme and mushrooms sauted in garlic butter and mushroom ketchup!
A few glasses of red wine on the side!

Oops, Blew My IF Window Again
Reading on the forum and being keto totally ruins my sense of space and time. I went past my 6 hr. feeding window without ever planning dinner, getting meat cooking etc. Opted for leftovers and steamed broccoli. Bacon Brie Frittata and Artichoke Cheese Scones made with Pork Rinds.
Damn those lost hunger signals!
Felt the need for extra vegetables today. Beef tenderloin with garlic parmesan mushrooms, a tossed salad, and a few blackberries with monk fruit sweetener and a bit of cream. Feel very satisfied and not nearly and sluggish as I have been feeling after eating lately. I think my body needs more fresh stuff during the summer, it’s like it knows it’s growing season.
I did! I bought a food dehydrator last month and the upper temp limit was perfect for making clotted cream. I keep putting everything in the dehydrator. My children are becoming concerned that they will be next.
