Aren’t we all, though?! I’ve always loved cooking, and since ditching the starch I’ve become frighteningly overcreative in the kitchen, especially with cauliflower…
Eggs and herring sound like a good combo, although I’m not that keen on herring - but smoke it and call it a kipper and I’m a happy Snappy!
Did I forget to say ‘kippers’? I add lemon juice and black pepper.
Chaffle with thin cut steak with grilled onuons and mushrooms, pimento cheese, sour cream and tomatoes. Was yummy
Wednesday OMAD:
Tonight is a “layered” meal. The bottom layer (look close) is 6 cooked egg whites, on top of that is 1 lb [Grass-fed/Finished 85/15] raw* ground beef, and on top of that is the 6 egg yolks. (You bust the yolk over the section you are eating … 1 at a time). The bowl has 6 oz of lightly seared beef heart … well, the bowl has about 4 oz because I ate the other 2 oz raw.
- USE CAUTION WITH RAW GROUND BEEF!! I trust my source and I have a “castiron stomach”, but it is considered one of the more risky raw [beef] meats to eat.
Beefy Bacon Jalapeño Poppers
Stewed Beef bits, Bacon, Cream Cheese, Blue Cheese and White Cheddar on top. Sriracha just in case!
Lunch Pasta
Miracle Noodles with Pork and Beef Meat Sauce, Asiago Cheese
First keto dinner post!

Scatter fried eggs in bacon grease with dill weed and celery salt. Maple smoked bacon, Colby-Jack cheese, skillet warmed pepperoni and a dollop of boursin garlic and herb cheese.
Lunch I had some Steak cubes, and some Hamburger with Swiss Cheese. Also Cheddar Cheese, Pepperoni and RootBeet Zevia and a Tea.
Three strips of bacon, shredded cabbage, a little spicy cheese sauce I made (HWC, sharp cheddar, green pepper flakes) and three scrambled eggs folded in. This was OUTRAGEOUSLY good. As I posted on my Facebook page, if this is how making things up as I go along is going to work out today, ima keep it up.
Look at those yearning eyes! My friend’s Labrador goes MAD for sauerkraut - it’s like catnip!
Second Breakfast

The only three things that Tara won’t touch are oranges, carrots and blueberries…the rest is all game - dirt, compost, spicy foods…
@Meerkatsandy I’ve noticed you’re eating kraut again fairly regularly, how’s your histamine intolerance lately? Has is gotten better?

Thursday OMAD:
20 oz Ribeye w/ 2 raw egg yolks and 5 oz raw beef heart. The steak was cooked from frozen so the outside looks nice and crispy, but the middle was a good SUPER rare.
Yep, that there be a brand new flavor don’t ya know. … Can’t say if it was from rushing or just tired, but I’ve been extremely busy at work and sadly rushed just to simply post a quick pic of a meal.
Actually, in trying to keep things mixed up as I like, I actually did a three meal today. (2nd time since Keto?) … Been mostly doing OMAD or TMAD for the last few months, but also plan to put some Fasting back in now that I finally stopped taking any meds. At least I haven’t taken any in the past week or so.
Just some Eggs, Sausage and a little strip Steak…
