I did 1 1/2 racks on Sunday I have been eating off since, this is the last half rack. Instant pot for 30 and grill smoked about the same. Pretty good for a fast version.
Ribeyes with Béarnaise make me happy.

2 x 8oz [Grass-fed/Finished 85/15] Ground beef patties (1 w/ Swiss and 1 w/ Extra Sharp Cheddar), 1 slice of lightly cooked beef liver, and 4 sunny-side up eggs (excuse the 1 busted yolk ).
Love my IP ribs finished on the grill! I should have turned them over to show their grilled side instead of cut side. Still delicious!!!

nothing. Have ketoed nothing today.I dont know what to make of it. Not hungry. Is it bad if I get hungry around 8pm? Or should i try to go until tomorrow?
I just eat when I’m hungry. Often skipping one or two meals. I haven’t gone to bed hungry, but if I wasn’t hungry for dinner, I’d skip it.
Do you have weight to lose @Chantarella ? If so and you aren’t hungry then don’t eat. You have plenty of stored meals to feast on!
