What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!
My usual steak, sautéed greens, and mushrooms…I didn’t feel like making some big batch dish today after the Ravens’ devastating loss last night
Big fat salad. Kobe roast beef, cheese, a couple tomatoes, bacon, bleu cheese crumbles and chicken, with some romaine and Sir Kennsington’s Peppercorn Italian dressing.
Seafood Sunday
Mesquite Smoked/Grilled Alaskan Pink Salmon and Gulf Shrimp with Bacon Fat, both wild caught, I insist on it!

ETA: 2 hours later, glucose is 86. Of course the peaks I’ve seen are around 3 or 4hours post meal

Chicken/bacon mayo chafflewich for lunch!
I made a batch of white bread chaffles and stuck them in the freezer…I discovered today that when they’ve defrosted they don’t look very pretty
Found two ramekins of my homemade chicken liver pate in the freezer last night - that’s today’s and tomorrow’s lunches sorted!
Have just added chicken livers and butter to my shopping list…
I’m going to tuck in with a spoon!
EDITED: Okay, I ate this 15 minutes ago. I was fooled by the small container size - in fact I should have eaten it much more slowly so as to allow my body time to recognise just quite how darned rich and filling it was… I might just need a lie-down under my workbench before getting back to work!
