Did a little baking yesterday, we had another day of holidays :slight_smile:
Pavlova “third time’s the charm” - I used Sukrin Gold+5 drops of Sukrin stevia and it made a big difference.
Two “potica,” our traditional food for holidays, ketofied, one walnut and the other coconut.

Forgot to post last night’s dinner… Still finishing up Christmas leftovers. Turkey and Potatoes with Gravy and Egg-Cauli Salad. Also had another slice of Pumpkin Pie and a slice of V’s Chocolate Cheese Cake.

Err… talking of chaffles … I had bought some with me and put them in Mums freezer.


I just toasted these to crispy loveliness, except Mum thinks they smell like … horrible!:joy::joy:I have to agree, but they taste lovely. Especially when they are slavered in cream cheese and pate! Fabulous combo!
