Dinner… Salad with Meat and Cheese, Broccoli with Butter, Cauliflower with Butter, London Broil with Butter and Butter Fried Mushrooms.
I tell ya, gotta make the most of it and it purse-booze makes gals happy, all is good for the festive season
Feast before fast. Chaffle tuna melts with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. A Chef’s salad. It looks deceptively small. The salad is store bought, i used avocado oil dressing.
I made ice cream! Ingredients: frozen blueberries, HWC. Than blend it. Probably a days worth of carbs, but worth it once in a while and no nasty ingredients.
Actually, I logged my food today, and even with all the blueberries still came out to 37 or so total carbs. Not bad for a day with ice cream in it!
@KetoSnaps how long is frankenfluff good for? If I made it tomorrow for Thursday… ?
Made a sorta Stir-Fry type of Gizzards and Hearts this morning, while just fooling about. (Will post the recipe in my other thread) … Also had some Bacon, Eggs and Sausage the Wife cooked up.
Reckon it should be fine, as long as the yoghurt and cream cheese have a use-by date of at least then. Make on day 1 and eat by day 4 is a bit of a theme here at Chateau Snaps with many food items!

apparently adding salt or baking soda to your coffee takes out the bitter/sour. Have you ever tried a “nitro brew” before? Its all the rave where i am because the cold brewing process removes bitterness from coffee…granted… you drink it cold…
I’m so jealous of your set-up! I have gone through two Krupps espresso makers in the last couple of years and should upgrade into a fancy one like yours but… The problem is I have limited myself to only two cups per day. Since keto, I don’t sleep much and run on about six hours a night with ease, extra coffees and HWC might add to my problem. See… now I want a coffee…lol
@Jamboribs I’m definitely flirting with addiction here! But I drink a couple of Doppios in the morning and one in the afternoon at the least. It heats up in 5 minutes. I cut way back on coffee starting KETO and six months in added it back in the afternoon. Let’s not discuss sleep… Coffee or not I don’t get much either, about the same as you!
