@Janie- the following link is the method by which I make all my gravies now. It’s for the best turkey gravy, low carb or otherwise, but the method itself is fool proof for any kind of gravy you want. Pre-keto I was known for my gravies. Until Carrie Brown shared this recipe, I’d lost my gravy mojo. Now it’s back.
Is that a restraunt owned by Gordon Ramnsey?
I’m not quite sure which one you mean, but no, I havent been to a Gordon Ramsey restaurant

Sous vide pork belly with an Asian sauce, caulimash and green stuff
How did you make those? did you use a waffle maker and then the oven? they look uber firm, which is something I can’t seem to master yet.
I made that for my sisters bday party and man it was totally gone and everyone was so shocked that I used spaghetti squash!
For lunch, finishing off the meats from yesterday and adding in some SPAM.
Also added a can of Potted Meat afterwards for extra salt and flavor
and you would indeed be correct.
I usually average at least 5 or 6 with breakfast meats.
Probably could have done with something a bit softer for dinner tonight! I had my crowns put on today so my mouth hurts a bit today!
In short: yes, that’s exactly what I did!
Just my normal chaffles (I blend my batter, I don’t add the egg and cheese separately) which I’ve then sprinkled with a mix of grated cheese, shopped up ham, oregano and pepper, and shoved under the grill at the top of the oven (I think that’s what’s called a broiler in the US). Pretty much just cheese on toast, just with chaffles as the toast!
Wine. Girl needs wine.
There you go! Better?
I was at the dentist this morning, luckily just for a check-up. Hope you’re not too sore!
A carnivore Christmas dinner
I’m guessing you met up with @CrackerJax & @ClareBear looks like a fab time was had by all.
Well, I don’t see anything I would recognize as “Pigs in blankets”. In America it has several meanings. Pancakes rolled around breakfast sausage links or in Pennsylvania Dutch country where my sister lives it’s another name for pork and rice stuffed cabbage rolls. Still another use is small sausages or hotdogs wrapped in a pastry dough and baked. Sometimes also bacon wrapped sausages. What are they in England?
Haha thank you!! not bad, getting the temporaries off wasn’t fun, my poor gums!
Glad your trip to the dentist wasn’t as long as mine!
