Hi @betsy2 I’ve taken my inspiration from the Protein Noodle Lasagna on Diet Doctor, but I’ve never really followed the recipe 100% depending on what ingredients I have to hand, I just ‘wing it’ really.
This one was made with a mixture of pork and beef mince and passata. The layers are made up of herbed ham, ricotta and slices of edam
Friday Dinner:
4 x Whopper patties w/ cheese

2x Chaffles w/ Cheese and Fried Spam and 1 can Smoked Vienna Sausages.

20oz Ribeye

(We had IHOP) I had a 10oz T-Bone w/ 6 x sunny side up eggs.
Sunday Dinner:
Making is grand reappearance (but with a slight change) … 1lb ground beef w/ cheese! (The twist is, it was mozzarella cheese this time and not ColbyJack).

I love seeing what you’re eating - I wonder one day whether I’ll move more towards just meat/eggs/cheese than how I’m eating now.
I was ALWAYS a big meat eater so this is really good for me. Now, there are times when I miss certain things but overall I don’t mind the carnivore way

I’ve only ever used blanched cabbage sandwiched with thin-sliced Gouda for my lasagne layers - but I’m heading for the deli instead for my next one!
I’m going to try it in the future, definitely! My favourite foods are cruciferous vegetables though - I’m a weirdo who actually craves broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage - so it might be a multi-step process before I can get to full carnivore! A halfway house of beef, eggs and brassicas is quite tempting right now.
I love all those and even Brussels Sprouts. I really miss a salad w/ Blue Cheese when I have steak.
SUPER Hungry (maybe the TMAD is starting to kick in) … so I am having my “lunch” at 9:30am. lol
1lb ground beef w/ Mozzarella Cheese
Home from work earlier than expected so I set to work making sandwiches for the next couple of days for the two of us!
4-egg blended chaffle mix = 8 slices of ‘bread’. Filling is cheese, kraut, mayo, lettuce, salami and black pepper.
How you liking the Smoked V’s? … I’m finding I prefer them over the original, but still like the originals from time to time.

I like them about equally as well as I do the regular one. I grew up on the regular ones so they have a special place … but I do like that the smoked have less carbs. lol
BLT Salad and Eggs
I was just going to have Bacon and Eggs but a friend came by yesterday who’s wife works at a grocery store, and the employees get to take stuff that they decide is too old. He gave me a bit of stuff so I thought I’d better start eating it and a BLT is hard to beat. Who needs a bread substitute?
I sat at my desk knowing full well I had mayo all over my face! I didn’t mind!
I had 'stuff to do ’ this afternoon so mum and I did breakfast instead of lunch
I was going to do dinner but ended up eating an obscene amount of cheese!

Made chaffwiches for work tomorrow
Bacon and cambozola! I must extend my imagination to some different fillings!!
