Thin sliced steak with onion, tomatoes, spinach and some garden squash I blanched and froze this past summer.
Decided to eat something tonight, and the Wife made some NY Strip Steaks, Kale with Bacon, Olives and Pickles. Also some Pecans, 2 Squares Ghirardelli Intense Dark and an Almond Milk.
After starting to eat, another 1/2 of Steak found my plate, via the Wife.
Also made a run tonight, after work. … Since I put some Venison in the Freezer a couple week ago, I had to refresh the Dungeness Crab tonight. Been out a few weeks, and never got around to ordering it.
Pretty sure they will be making an appearance tomorrow or this weekend…
