Experimental Mug cake…used protein powder, sprinkle of Bone Broth chocolate protein powder, hwc, unsweetened shredded coconut, and egg - to the person that posted about oats recently for their mom, I would experiment with mug cake recipes, this tasted very similar and cook time is 90 seconds in a microwave

I had all these big plans to make it to 11am before having my breakfast like I did yesterday but it’s not gonna happen today…I can see a toasted chaffle with butter happening shortly!
My wife made Thai Basil chicken last night with the last of the Thai Basil before the first freeze nukes it.
I prefer more simple fatty protein meals so a week earlier my birthday celebration was 3 bone-in ribeyes weighing 8+ lbs for 3 of us. We ate this over two meals. Reverse sear and cut at the market from bone-in rib roast.
Weeeeeeeeell actually it was his birthday so it would have been extra evil of me if I had eaten his too… #mybad

Sunday lunch - toasted cheese and ham on chaffles, salad made from celery, mayo, sauerkraut, pickled cucumbers and lettuce.
Butter fried egg in a thick cut green pepper ring with cheese and tomatoes from the same garden as the peppers. Thanks to my buddy at work for this fresh breakfast!
