Thats a new one for me! But I’m glad it did the trick!
What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!
Just think of it as unsweetened mulled wine. Game-changer now the evenings are so chilly!

A 14oz. Flame Grilled 100% Beef Patty with Cheese. Fit for the Burger King himself @Jody22
That looks and sounds so good, Diane! … I just saw your post from a couple days ago, and told my Wife I’ve been wanting some nice Chicken Salad here recently.
- So she just told me to let her know when I was done Fasting this week and that she would make me some.
(Think I’ve always enjoyed eating Chicken Salad, over just eating the plain Chicken? At least it seems that way.)
Hmmm - Just had a thought… Maybe just have her make a couple Rotisserie Chickens, eat all the skin and then use the rest to make up Chicken Salad? Sounds like a nice Fast Breaking meal to me!
Monday OMAD:
70/30 seasoned** ground beef w/ cheese and cream cheese.
The extras were for my wife, who wanted some “cheesy ground beef”. It was REALLY good.
** Onion and Garic powder, salt, smoked paprika
@runswithdogs It’s not fair that you seem to have chanterelles at least half of the year over there!
I managed to complete a cardio HIIT after work - my first one since i got poorly so I’m happy now.
Underneath these two fried eggs is some mince, I added some olives for extra flavour.
Thank you Mom! don’t get me wrong, I did have to stop half way through and have my inhaler, but I completed it!
That is terrific =). I am going to be getting a flu shot again this year; as I think it helps me not get as sick (along with Keto) since starting. I think it is a combination of the two for me, as the entire family has been getting a lot of cold/flu bugs since I started and I haven’t got nearly as sick as any of them (and usually I get it bad with my asthma). I am the only one doing Keto and the only one that took a flu shot as well; so I am going to stick with both!!
So glad you are feeling better @ClareBear😊
After a busy day on the eye surgery unit I have chilli and cheese😋
Ok, I HAD to order this in what I call the sandwich capital of the world. This was a burger joint with 20 different burgers on the menu. The special was a bread less burger topped with something made of celery (his English was as bad as my French).
Ignore the fries - I did. I didn’t expect the topping to be breaded and fried, but definitely made of puréed celery and who know what else. Was very different!!!
