Lots of recipes out there that would be Keto and non-Keto friendly. Here are a few. (I’m fasting right now. I really shouldn’t be recipe hunting.) :woozy_face:

Wasn’t going to eat earlier, but the Wife made some nice Fish, so I joined in knowing I was planning to Fast for a while. So this was 4 hrs ago or so… Had a Salad, some Cod, Salmon, Pepperoni, Cheese, Pickles and Olives. Then had another piece of Salmon about the same size, with some Almond Milk.

Crockpot meal: chicken seasoned with spices and Olive oil, cooked about 3hrs on low. At the end threw in some pre-cooked bacon, broccoli, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese, and a few tomatoes.

Yesterday’s omad. Longanisa saysage, pork and liver dinuguan stewed in pork blood, garlic scrambled eggs made with 2 duck eggs, one chicken egg and…pork blood with a sprinkling of coconut aminos fried in duck fat. A bowl of beef broth with 2 tbsp of pork blood. Not pictured- my dessert of laotian pork ears and the outlier- a piece of European goodness added to my southeast Asian plate- Juusto baked cheese.

Lunch with a friend. 2 burger patties with cheese, bacon, coleslaw and chilli sauce.

Have made some slow cooker chilli that is much lower carb than what I used to make - I used to stretch 500g mince into 8 portions of chilli with the amount of veg and beans I would stick in there.

Tonight’s new version is minced beef, dried onions, celery seed, chilli powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, a stock cube, some tomato paste, a tin of tomatoes and some celery. Four portions. Looking forward to enrobing it in grated cheese and tucking in before going to yoga this evening. Bit out of sorts today but I’m brightening up at the thought of dinner in a couple of hours!

Thanks, Jackie! Just a bit of a grumpypants, that’s all. I’ve skived yoga in favour of a glass of microwaved Merlot. And more Brie. Much better!
