Have made some slow cooker chilli that is much lower carb than what I used to make - I used to stretch 500g mince into 8 portions of chilli with the amount of veg and beans I would stick in there.
Tonight’s new version is minced beef, dried onions, celery seed, chilli powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, a stock cube, some tomato paste, a tin of tomatoes and some celery. Four portions. Looking forward to enrobing it in grated cheese and tucking in before going to yoga this evening. Bit out of sorts today but I’m brightening up at the thought of dinner in a couple of hours!
