A sachet of sugar free jelly made up with half the prescribed amount of boiling water (so 300ml), while it’s still hot add two small pots of full fat yoghurt and a 250g tub of cream cheese, and whizz with an electric whisk until it’s foamy and massive. Refrigerate until set. Makes two large ice cream tubs full. Excitingly there’s always a thin layer of jelly at the bottom of all the foam.
8 portions - or 4 greedy carbier ones. And hey, it’s Friday!
This one was lemon and lime. Last batch was strawberry. Invented it the other week when my new to keto husband was craving Angel Delight - which is mostly potato starch and maltodextrin!

Sounds like the Six Bells on a summer Sunday! We’re actually in the neighbouring village (but it’s still walkable if we want a pint of Harvey’s and some jazz…).
I haven’t tested it yet, since I’m fasting (would a lick destroy my fast?).
But I made a creamy Caesar dressing, with some changes:
- I omitted the garlic (used powder)
- Omitted hemp seeds
- No anchovies
- Added ¼ cup heavy cream
Four-Meat Alfredo pie I threw together this evening (uses oven roasted chicken breast, sandwich style as the noodles - ground pork with Italian seasoning, garlicky ground beef, uncured pastrami, ricotta, mozzarella and a homemade Asiago-Alfredo sauce (butter, hwc, cheeses)

I had the weirdest craving for fresh tomatoes. I have never enjoyed raw tomatoes but for some reason, I felt like I had to have some. First time ever. Strange. Not a good Keto meal but what’s done is done!
Spent the evening hanging a tree stand, but got home and the Wife and Son ate some London Broil and some sides. But the Top Sirloin, that was Sous Vide for 24 hrs. was still in the pot. So I seared it up and had a quick meal. Wife also made me up a side plate; Cottage Cheese, Greek Yogurt w/ Berries, Cheese, Pepperoni and some Almonds. Almond Milk and 2 Squares of Lindt’s followed.
Looks good to me! May be over your macros with the tomatoes but I doubt anyone ever got fat eating too many tomatoes!!!
At least it is real food
BBQ Get Together
Smoked Old Bay Chicken Legs, Collard Greens, and Nasi Goreng (Spicy Indonesian Fried [cauli]Rice). I had a mega burger patty with Sichuan Peppercorn / Chili Salt since I couldn’t do the chicken. I almost forgot to photograph, way too much Tequila shenanigans! A very fun day overall.
@ClareBear I’m three pounds heavier this morning! Does that happen to you on shenanigans nights?
Probably…I haven’t weighed myself for months so I wouldn’t know for sure! maybe it’s water weight?
@ClareBear Well I know for sure I didn’t drink three pounds of Tequila! More like 12oz. over about 4 hours. I was pretty buzzed, no hangover this morning after my normal 5.5 hours of sleep. Does that count as an NSV?
