Catching up … I stayed home for 2 days and didn’t really do much on the computer.
Monday OMAD:
Ground beef and 2 Kiolbassa
Making a change in the diet**, starting Tuesday, where I am lowering my fat a little. I think I am eating a little too much and it’s caused a stall in weight loss. I came to this realization by looking back at my original Carnivore dinner pictures and entering the data for a couple of days into Chronometer.
Tuesday OMAD:
6x Eggs w/butter and cheese and Ribeye
Wednesday OMAD:
6x Eggs w/butter and cheese and 12oz [drained 60/40] Ground Beef
** I am down 4 pounds in 2 days since lowering my fats a little!
