Thank you Janie. I did, but it was important for her and her family to have faith in her treatment. It was advanced lung cancer with brain secondaries, so could keto have helped? I hardly dare to think it.

My chaffle batter includes a spoonful of butter which I whizz in with the eggs and the mozzarella. Never had one stick yet!

I love moose. They were all over this place. But I REALLY love the dinner I got here (that’s my own SF BBQ sauce)!!

I just had the leftover pork I’ve brought for lunch twice. It was pulled pork and smoked. I’d added some grease from some leftover meat loaf that hubby had a couple days ago. I also had some mini peppers with cream cheese and some celery too. I was still hungry so I made Carrie’s amazing chocolate mug cake added some cream on top. My whipped cream had gone sour so I had to throw that part away sadly.
Lunch was left over parmesan chicken that my dear hubby made for us for dinner yesterday. It was still amazing.
I guess today was leftovers.

Wasn’t going to eat, but the Wife had the Haddock in the fridge, and I didn’t want to eat it a couple days later, so went ahead and ate some, along with a spoon full of Broccoli.
Left over pork parcels, mushrooms and scrambled eggs for lunch…a colleague of mine tried the pork parcels and he gave them the thumbs up
And I had berries and extra thick cream for pud
