I’m glad I’m spending a bit more time to prepare food that’s less carnivore-ish. Don’t get me wrong I was happy with all the meat and eggs, but it’s nice to have some extra flavours
AFAIC, that’s one of the BIGGEST victories on keto - Before keto, I remember going through the bakery to get from Produce to Meat Market while struggling to keep to 1000 calories a day, and I couldn’t resist picking up a 500-calorie piece of chocolate fudge cake. Half of my calories would be that day. Now, I constantly pass on high-carb buffet options & sugar-laden desserts at the truck stops, and it doesn’t bother me at all.

Yesterday’s Meals!
I forgot to post, I was out of the habit after spending the weekend with my friend Kim.
Breakfast
Scramble with Sausage, Avocado, Tomatoes, the last of my Skellig Cheddar Cheese and Sour Cream.
Dinner
McDavid’s Happy Meal , Grilled Burgers with Muenster Cheese, Tomatoes with Olive Oil and Primal Foods Spicy Ketchup.
I spray my waffle maker with Avocado Oil Spray that I bought at Coscto. I let it sit on for a few seconds, then add the cheese, egg, then cheese, when I pre-mixed and add at once, it doesn’t turn out as well for me.
Well mine was totally nonstick to start with. Then I ran out of mozzarella (I was doing cheese, egg, cheese) so I used cheddar and it stuck. So used coconut cooking oil brushed on it stuck. Now back to grated mozzarella and its stuck! Grrr!

I am sorry =(. Mine is meant to be non-stick but I found I feel more confidant if I use the spray, so I mentioned it. It is a totally Keto spay =). I use mozzarella too.

Actually ate my lunch at 9am, since I have back to back meetings today. So this was about 3.5 hrs. ago and think I’m just going to skip tonight and maybe tomorrow? Just not feeling like eating presently. … Pepperoni, Sardines, Greek Yogurt, Celery, Pickles Sausage, Pickles, Meat Casserole from last night, the half of Spam I didn’t eat yesterday. Also had a couple Squares of Lindt’s 90% Dark Chocolate.
