I had steroids once when I had pneumonia after swine flu! They make you hungry, make sure you have plenty of grub in!

Got to work, but ended up having to leave just 2-1/2 hrs. later to pick up my Son. He took his vehicle into the dealership for a leak, and they needed to keep his vehicle. So picked him up and took him back home and decided to get some stuff done. So while he & V went shopping, I’m doing some stuff around the house. … Made a quick meal. Bacon and some Cheddar/Salami Poppers before starting…
Also left my work cell in the vehicle, so had to use my old phone for the pic. But it’s always darker?

The first sprouts of the season! Roasted with cauliflower, courgette and tomato. Seasoned with lemon pepper and chilli salt.
Dipped into roasted camembert topped with chilli and walnuts!!

‘Spag bol’ but instead of the spag I’ve teamed the bolognese with roasted homegrown squash finished with grilled cheese, and shredded cabbage and runner beans, all sprinkled with more cheese.
Should keep me going for a bit…

Mr S is feeling snacky, so I set to work!
Sliced Emmental cheese on a piece of baking parchment on a plate, microwaved for 2 minutes and snipped with scissors while still warm.
