For the flaky fish, cover with mayo and pat in a mixture of Parmesan, crushed pork rinds and spices. The caulirice was made with chicken broth, enchilada sauce, peppers and onion.

Do your friends call you Jax? I like that, rolls off the tongue. I lived in Kentucky for five years and worked in a bar for a few of those years. I never heard of that one but there’s a bunch of new brands popping up because bourbon has become a lot more hip in recent years with lots of limited small batch stuff hitting the market. When I lived there I mostly drank Old Fitzgerald which isn’t sold widely outside of Kentucky. Working man’s whiskey that was marketed mostly towards railway workers when it was created. Quite good, it was a local secret when everyone was spending 2.5x the $ for Maker’s Mark which was the hip bourbon then. Did you like it? :cowboy_hat_face: :tumbler_glass:

I went through that yesterday Dave! I thought I needed to clear some memory on my iPhone and accidentally deleted my Dinner picture. I feel like an eminent site crash is looming again, we’ll see what happens this weekend. I just had a forever spinning buffer wheel trying to edit text, had to abandon it and try again. :cowboy_hat_face:

Well, we’ve had issues with the food threads in recent past, so this could be part of it as well? This is mostly to do with the abundance of images uploaded. But if need be, we can always just start a new thread for it, as we did before. But think we were over 8,000 replies when we did the last one, but again it could be the multiple images being loaded up nowadays? It will eat up resources. We’ll keep an eye on it, but it’s more than likely the site issues, then your phone. (But that’s just my guess)

:grin: lol Seriously though, that stuff is the BomB ! Its not overly sweet, and it has no funky taste from aspartame or other sweetener garbage. Root Beer is pretty good too… Wish I could find the strawberry.

Nothing too exciting tonight but I wanted veggies so I wrapped a chicken breast in salami and steamed up some cauliflower and broccoli…

Whipped up some cream with vanilla extract for afters and had it with some berries :blush:
