Broke an 88 hour fast with bone broth that slow cooked for 3 days while I fasted, homemade sauerkraut, and chicken from the carcass I used for the broth. While I was straining the broth I noticed that the bones were disintegrating if I squeezed them with my fingers (leg and thigh bones, smaller bones had long disappeared without help), so I crushed them and incorporated into the broth. Talk about bone broth!
I will probably join in. I loooooove hamburgers. I crave them so much these days since I lowered my veggie intake.
Wow, this is the best sparkling water I’ve tried. It tasted so good that I got scared and checked the label for added sugar. I got it on sale last time I was at Safeway. I got a bottle of lemon too.
I mean it’s not something I would normally cook and sounds tough so i’ll have to work on my technique between now and then. I’m willing to give it a try

Cauliflower leek mash with bacon and parsley. Beets from the neighbor’s garden. New York strip, and a salad.
He’ll probably just stop at BK for half a dozen whopper patties with cheese.
