What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!

#4967

Oh my word! Praying for a much shorter than predicted wait time for you

(Diane) #4968

Crustless quiche with feta, mushrooms and a bit of caramelized onions, 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries and my home made ketoaide.

(Will knit for bacon. ) #4969

Broccoli crust pizza. I think it’s delicious, but husband took two bites, made a face, and tossed the rest to the dogs. Which ticked me right off because, HELLO, I could have taken that to work tomorrow!

(Susan) #4970

I would have been very mad at him too; when you could have eaten it… grrrr!!

(Full Metal KETO AF) #4971

Gorgonzola Burger and Cauliflower in Tomato Sauce with Romano Cheese

Stressful, horrible, frustrating, dangerous, complete waste of time and money kind of day for me today, sometimes a good KETO Cheeseburger is the best part of the day. :flushed:

I almost forgot to take a picture. :cowboy_hat_face:

@Momof5 @Marlitharn

Husbands are impossible, I know…
I was one! :joy::joy::grin::cowboy_hat_face:

(Susan) #4973

I am sorry you had such a horrrrid day, David =(.

(Lazy, Dirty Keto 😝) #4974

True that, I’ve had 2 of them :joy::rofl:

#4975

Thank you. We are still here unfortunately! I think we will surpass the six hours they predicted as we are here to get a cast put on my MIL’s broken hand and it still hasn’t happened yet and no signs of them starting. I do appreciate the volume they are dealing with in here today, but it’s tough when the person requiring treatment is 80 with Alzheimer’s and they don’t understand what’s going on.

#4976

That is really challenging! I understand their policy, but I really wish that medical facilities/ERs, were better equipped to help patients with special needs. Sometimes a quiet area away from the crowds is enough to make these situations at least a bit more bearable, but they’re rarely provided :pensive:

#4977

Pork tacos in cheese shells…used leftover pork loin to keep it simple.

(Susan) #4978

Delicious, I guess (hope) this means you are feeling better? =) too?

#4979

Thank you, the vertigo is getting better and the crazy fatigue from the allergic reaction has improved a lot today. Hoping your daughter is on the mend soon! It seems for me that around 48hrs in on antibiotics I feel the impact, hope it’s soon for her :slightly_smiling_face:

(Parker the crazy crone lady) #4980

In my experience, both of those cuts like it long, low and slow, with moisture. Try that.

(Parker the crazy crone lady) #4981

I concur! I looooove the plate!

(Parker the crazy crone lady) #4982

Where o where did you find them?

#4983

They’re a Rachael Ray design called “Little Hoot.” I picked them up in a store somewhere a long time ago but they’re available online in several places. Here they are on Amazon

(Parker the crazy crone lady) #4984

Thank you!

(Susan) #4985

I am glad that you are getting better; and yes, thank you; she is already starting to improve from the antibiotics and the over the counter medication (Tylenol Complete) that I bought her, so that is nice =).

(Steaks b4 cakes! 🥩🥂) #4986

Lunch today is similar to what I had last night. Left over veggies and cheese sauce with burgers. Shock horror I actually only ate two of those burgers and not the three like I would have done :joy: this week’s experiment of teaching myself to only eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full has taught me one thing: I was eating too much bloody food :joy::pig_nose::pig:
