What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!

#4606

Umm, what part of Florida are you headed to? Hopefully not the east coast?

(Susan) #4607

Do your hubby and yourself have a business that you deliver to all over the States? It seems very interesting =).

I agree with Sharon, Florida is dangerous atm with all these Tropical Storms.

No worries, maybe another time you come through :slight_smile: St. John’s is where my brothers girlfriend lives. We live about a hour from St. John’s! Nice area! How often do you guys truck? My dad was a trucker but he would do smaller runs. And he didn’t do long distance runs for more than a few years and then switched to local runs.

Congrats David, that’s amazing.

With all the shenanigans at the weekend, I have a feeling I ‘mildly’ kicked myself out of ketosis…I just can’t get my shit together today! I’m hoping this strong creamy coffee does the trick!

Yes!! Love it! :rofl::laughing:

(Steve) #4617

Wow, Happy Birthday David!
You have many non scale victories to celebrate all because of a simple diet and willpower. I’m also in a year and I know that the second year is going to be easier and really good for both of us as we rack up more non scale victories.
I’m sending you a birthday chaffle:birthday:
Good job!

(Wendy) #4618

Just going through the pictures and this is what I had for dinner last night as well. Who’d have thought? :grin:

(Steve) #4619

Avocado chaffles, butcher’s double smoked bacon, beef wiener, sunny side eggs with homemade chili sauce

To summarize, yes, we have a business - we drive an 18-wheeler, hauling 95% refrigerated loads - fresh meat, dairy and produce, also frozen foods. Right now we are scheduled to deliver on Wednesday in Arcadia, FL, about an hour SSE of Tampa. The “good” side of the peninsula, if there is one … how often? Better question is “how often do you take a break?” We expect to go home for Thanksgiving our next break. We spend 30-45 days a year at home.
