Thanks, It has been a hit every time my wife has made it for company and so simple.
Confirmed 3.75 net carbs per 1/8th slice.
Ok I’m busted, I had two slices…
What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!
I made keto ice cream for my husband for tonight. Couldn’t find the recipe here that was recently floating around. Only four ingredients - coconut milk, eryithol, salt, vanilla. Oh, I put in about 1/2 oz. of vodka because someone said it keeps it softer (?). Got three small containers of it in the fridge. Will put one in the freezer for about an hour before he wants to eat it. I’ll let you know how it turns out
Looks delicious. I have a new-found appreciation for asparagus. Never was a fan before. And cherry tomatoes! Used to hate those suckers, but now they taste so sweet! Only need a couple.
Beef & Broccoli Stroganoff Bake
Ground Beef, Broccoli, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Dried Onion and Garlic, Thyme and topped with Cheddar Cheese
Just kind of winging it and it ended up tasting like Beef Stroganoff sort of.
That looks very delicious. How are you enjoying your visit with Steven? I am sure he is happy =).
First time trying a Taco Pie and it was delicious. It’s a keeper for sure. And the sizzle when it came out of the oven… could induce ASMR!
Went to Texas Roadhouse tonight… 23 oz. Porter House T-Bone, with 3 sides of Mushrooms and 1 Fried Onion. Tea and Water. Actually started eating a few bites before thinking about a photo. Also Salad.
My cousin’s annual bbq is complete with a bouncy house, a DJ & a pig. You know my husband and I volunteered to do the carving- first dibs on the best bits!
So was the head the “best bits” part you referred to? I hope it wasn’t the apple…
Sounds like a fun day.
@David_Stilley - Of course the best bits are the head! Everybody who’s anybody knows that!
That pic of me is my first bite of the cheek.
Lunch at my sister-in-law’s house. It was her birthday. They did burgers and I used one of my keto buns. Also a cauliflower tabouli, and a zucchini salad
The mustard was running out and splurted
I have some of those olives. I found I prefer the ones with pimento or plain.
If you use xylitol or allulose it won’t freeze as hard. It’s the eryithitol that makes it hard.
