What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!

#3984

Breakfast is almost always bacon or sausage with an egg and coffee. The rest of my menu for the week is based upon the meats that are on sale, so it does vary for me. I always try to get one beef, one seafood, and pork or chicken but what I make with each may change.

Chef Stilley!!

(Steaks b4 cakes! 🥩🥂) #3986

Miss him!!

(Rebecca 🌸 Frankenfluffy) #3987

I generally have the same breakfast daily, and if I have lunch then that’s usually the same too.

I go to town with dinner though - I absolutely love to cook, and enjoy creating meals as a wind-down from my day. Cooking is both therapy and an indulgence!

Having said that, Mr S was away for three days the other week, and with only myself to cater for I ate eggs and butter for every meal, as I was both tired and busy!

(Allie) #3988

I’m mostly living on eggs due to having hens that lay me at least six each day :joy:

#3989

Exactly the same for me. Sometimes I just want burgers a couple days in a row or lately soft boiled eggs and bacon, but I vary it up. I do have a couple dozen go-to foods/meals.

(Karen) #3990

I can eat the same thing every day if I am not cooking for my husband. If I’m cooking for my dearest, I change it up.

(Jane) #3991

Gift from my beautiful hens.

@Janie snap :grinning:

(Lazy, Dirty Keto 😝) #3993

Omelette fail this morning so no pic :joy: made an “omelette” with a diced leftover Roma brand old bay sausage, spinach, and cheese. But when I went to flip it, it broke :woman_facepalming:t4: admittedly I overstuffed it :joy: I was hangry :woman_shrugging:t4:

#3994

And??? Hey, any Keto-Breakfast is better than eating a carb-ed up SAD breakfast. (And over-stuffed to boot! :+1:) It’s not about how it looked… but how it tasted.

Just getting back from the grocery store, so a meal is not too far off for me. Just not sure on what yet?

(Lazy, Dirty Keto 😝) #3995

True that!

And boy was it delicious :yum: I like supporting local businesses, Roma sausages are made here in Baltimore. And what Marylander doesn’t love old bay?

Sausage, egg and bacon with sugar free ketchup!
A little of a friends rhubarb with thick cream!

(Wendy) #3997

Egg salad on bacon bread. Maybe a couple parmesan cheese crisps, yogurt with blueberries and coconut and I have a couple pickles. :yum:

Taking inspiration from Keto Christina on YouTube and shifting my fasting times so that I eat last meal by 3-4 pm…

(Full Metal KETO AF) #3999

I like your meal but I won’t touch rhubarb!

I don’t know Keto Christina but I do the same TMAD second meal about 2pm, inspired by Dr. Fung. I sleep better and I think utilize the food bettter keeping insulin lower this way. Not everyone can do it but I find it best for me when social situations don’t make it inconvenient. :cowboy_hat_face:

I’m definitely still experimenting and hoping maybe I can move the weight loss forward another way besides just water fasting :face_with_monocle: Good to know it’s been helpful for you

('Jackie P') #4001

I love it, but I had to put some erythitol in it! I don’t eat very much fruit and I was quite surprised that it was keto friendly :yum:

(Rebecca 🌸 Frankenfluffy) #4002

I LOVE THIS!

(Diane) #4003

I want to make a BLT sandwich with these.
