What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!
This is completely random and I’m not even sure what made me think about him today; but where has @CarlKeller been?
@beccs and @CrackerJax
Maybe he is on vacation?
@dic96_darren
He resigned from admin and hasn’t been on the forum since; if you look on his Accountability thread, there is a post on there about it. He is a really nice man, so we all miss him.
@CrackerJax - yeah like @Momof5 said, Darren had to step away from the forums. I miss him!
Realgood is the brand and nope, all real meat! If you click the links it takes you to that products page which lists ingredients sorry I just saw that post
I made a keto jambalaya for lunch today. Cauliflower rice, grilled chicken thighs from last night, and some andouille sausage with a small amount of the Holy Trinity(didn’t want a lot since onions are carby), garlic powder, and some Cajun spices.
I’ll have enough for my OMAD tomorrow and Sunday.
Lunch
My dearest is out of town on a Cadillac club tour. He had been working on our in 1941 Cadillac, a retirement project, but didn’t get it running well enough not to vapor lock. I’m on my own so I had a nice ribeye for lunch. Thin cut
Well it was pretty good for a “clean out our fridge” not wanting to go to the store pizza lol
Especially the crust. Next time, same crust, but all of our favorite toppings
A big fat omelette with collard greens and some sugar free bacon. I almost forgot to take the picture
Question for yall Foodies… How many people eat the same thing each day and how many people here actually change it up daily?
I think ive discovered if i keep my diet more mono, then i save $$ AND i eat less cause im bored with my food most days.
Although i never get bored of ceasarless salad and “where has the fettuchini gone Alfredo?!”
I get on short lived kicks sometimes like eggs prepped different ways for a few days, etc., but majority of the time I won’t eat the same thing more than 2 days in a row.
Cajun Sardine Tuna Melt
Instead of mayo I made a quick Cajun sauce with Onion, Red Bell Pepper and Tomatoes with spices, topped with Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese
Really tasty!
That looks nice, David. Always enjoy baking anything with Sauce, Meat, Cheese, etc.
Tonight’s meal… 2 - 1/4 lb. Hotdogs with Cheese, Pickles, Turkey Salad, Ham, Cheeses, Pepperoni, Pecans and a Portabella Mushroom with Steak and Cheese from last night.
