Yes, I showed him the studies for his Parkinson’s here so I think that helped. I told him if we can delay it longer that would be good, he is only 55 and has it, and we figured he has had it for a few years even though the diagnosis was only made last August.

Didn’t feel like cooking or putting a lunch together today, so I waltzed myself down to Bill Gray’s and got a double bacon cheeseburger on a bed of lettuce with pickles and tomato. Not pictured: four packets of malt vinegar drizzled over the top.

The cheeseburger cheese had more carbs than I would have normally eaten. At home I would have picked a different cheese if I was making a burger. Also wish I had remembered to bring in some of my mayo from home. Not sure about their mayo. Hmm.

It’s getting a little better. The cough and congestion are getting better, in fact, I actually went for a run yesterday afternoon so I must be feeling better :joy:

Took off half a day to start some work for the weekend. Had a bite before starting though… A six-pack of Salami/Pepperoni Poppers and some Sausage Links.

We had keto pizza again last night… First time with the pork rinds crust though. It was pretty good. Crust was fine. But our toppings were pretty much just what we had laying around :grinning: lol …salami, bacon, a bit of brisket, tomatoes, and Jalepeno’s… Weird combo right ?

Next time, pork rind crust… But with pepporoni, sausage, olives, sun dried tomatoes…

Yes it is, for sure. I love all my 5 kids (even when they drive me nutssss). I really loved being pregnant each time so much, just not the giving birth bit so much, hahahaha.

Have you tried increasing your salts more then usual for the moment? I just wondered if that would help =).

I’m sure, I just sized down all my clothes and nothing is fitting different so it’s not like that … just hate seeing the number :smiley:

I eat the salt my body wants. Some times I put little to no salt on my meats … other times I LOAD it with salt. I have noticed that in the last couple of days, I have been salting a little more than normal.
