What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!

(Lazy, Dirty Keto 😝) #3360

Quest pepperoni pizza since I’m too lazy to make my own fathead dough. Although I must say, this crust is very cardboard-like and I think next time I will make my own (this was my first time trying this pizza)

Hamburger crust pizza. Basically a big flat patty with Italian seasonings, homemade roasted red pepper marinara, lots o’cheese, pepperoni, and some diced up deli roast beef.

(Diane) #3362

That looks very hearty!

(Will knit for bacon. ) #3363

Oh heck yeah it is. I kind of think I’m not going to be hungry at all tomorrow!

(Ernest) #3364

Hectic past few weeks…

(Rebecca 🌸 Frankenfluffy) #3365

Brain - now that’s something I never thought I’d read on a menu - I’ve never (knowingly) tried it, so that’s one for the bucket list!

(Full Metal KETO AF) #3366

@KetoSnaps It’s very mild and takes on the flavors you cook it with well. Very soft like custard, tofu or eggs but made from meat. It’s very high in omega3 fatty acid. The only more nutritious meat is liver. I think it’s in Head Cheese. :cowboy_hat_face:

(Rebecca 🌸 Frankenfluffy) #3367

Aaaaah, then perhaps I have had it! When I was a child we had a smallholding with sheep, pigs, goats, hens, ducks and geese - and I remember making our own sausages and ‘brawn’, which is I think what you in the US call ‘head cheese’. Having said that, I don’t remember the brain - it was kind of just the meaty bits from the :pig: head - but then again knowing my parents they wouldn’t’ve been keen on wasting anything!

(Steaks b4 cakes! 🥩🥂) #3368

Started the day off right! Cup of coffee with cream and a bowl of fatty mince beef :joy::joy: I got a belly full of macros!

(Heather Meyer) #3369

whats on your steak???

(Steaks b4 cakes! 🥩🥂) #3370

I enjoyed my dinner so much last night, I decided to have it again!

I’ve eaten quite a lot of food already today…I put away another pack of bacon strips this morning…as well as the mince I had for breakfast! Not sure if I’m more proud of all the food I’ve eaten, or the fact that all of it hasn’t even come to 1g net carbs :joy::joy::joy::joy:

(Rebecca 🌸 Frankenfluffy) #3371

Great minds think alike, Clare - I’m right in the middle of a yesterlunch deja vu myself…!

(Steaks b4 cakes! 🥩🥂) #3372

It was actually your lovely egg mayo that inspired me to get my hand mixer out and make my own last night! it must be a mayo thing?!

(traci simpson) #3373

How many eggs?

(traci simpson) #3374

Is that butter on top of your meat?

(traci simpson) #3375

that sounds amazing. Any chance you can post recipe?

(Karen) #3376

The pig looks pretty committed too

#3377

Oh my. This looks delish! Going to have to make this now. Maybe add a couple mushrooms or green olives. Funny how I used to always roll my eyes at tuna melts when they seemed to be served weekly in college, but now it sounds like heaven!

#3378

I have seen this in the store, but haven’t bought it. Based on your review, it doesn’t sound worth it. I need to make more fathead. I did once months ago and froze some of it. It seems to keep fine in the freezer.

Typically carnivore 95% of the time but today is that 5% day. For part of my OMAD meal l i had garlic scrambled eggs with beef liver, spinach and cheese. Accompanying this was peanut butter cinnamon toast crunch cereal ( made with pork rinds!) with unsweetened almond milk. Sounds weird but so delicious.
