I ate this big a$$ Greek salad with tuna. I asked them for extra anchovies. My waiter said that it was his first time ever hearing such a request. But he delivered. It was like a whole tin worth of anchovies.
After a 3 hour hike, I was hungry.
Killed it. Sorry Carni’s, lots of vegetables here, and they were soooo tasty n satisfying.

Well, still lacking and didn’t post last night or today’s meals. … Actually spent half the day designing a new Shed I will be building here soon…
Last night’s meal… Just decided last minute I would enjoy a hotdog, though I was thinking of Fasting? Not sure why, just though it would be nice to eat some… So ate 4 with Cheese, along with Pepperoni, Olives, Cottage Cheese, Sauerkraut and Cauli-Egg Salad.

Today’s meals… Mid-day meal, was a nice plate of Breakfast food. Eggs, Bacon, Sausage (Patties & links) and some Salami Egg and Cheese Cups, with Cherry Tomatoes on top, instead of Pepperoni.
Evening meal was… Stacked Burgers with Cheese’s, Cherry Tomatoes, Pickles, Olives, Cottage Cheese, Cauli-Egg Salad and the wife made me a dish of Greek Yogurt and Black Berries and Strawberries. Also had a glass of Almond Milk and 2 Squares of Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate.

This is my “snack” at work from a couple of days ago: a seed cracker, some aged Swiss, leftover grilled chicken breast and some MCT oil.

Post a pic of this please, does it look like a caterpillar? They took all the Marks and Spencers out of Canada years ago =((. I hope that your mom is feeling better today, and I am sure that she will love all the pics! Happy Birthday to your little girl and have a lovely day with her.

Aww =). My dream vacation where I have always wanted to go, is England. It won’t happen in the near future, but it is on my bucket list for sure =-).
