Blackened Salmon
Keeping with my simplicity theme the last few days.
12oz Whole Salmon Fillet with my Cajun Blackening Spice blend (Full Metal Keto thread) fried in Coconut Oil and topped with Lemon Juice and melted Butter. Good 8 minute dinner.
Celebrating house buying with keto cheese crust pizza. Only made it through 5 pieces before fullness occurred, probably will try a fast until dinner tomorrow

Red cabbage roasted with tarragon and rosemary, garlic and balsamic vinegar and olive oil. It was supposed to use pork, but all I had on hand was ribeye, sad day, not! It was garnished with blue cheese and balsamic vinegar soaked apricots.
This is my sweetie’s plate. I only had one half apricot as a taste check
I always enjoyed the Sweet Gherkins too, and actually read a while back that you could make some, simply adding some liquid Stevia to a Jar of smalls and let it sit for a few days… Worked pretty good, but I’ve only done it once so far. (Won’t be the last, but not a regular thing)

This wasn’t enough food for me…
6oz ground beef,
4oz cauliflower Mac & cheese,
3oz broccoli w a dusting of parmesan,
2oz avacado w pink salt
I added in a drink with coconut cream & MCT oil powder and some keto cupcakes with keto icing…
And I’m trying to decide if I’m still hungry…
This is me…every day! it’s nice to know I’m not the only one who can eat a substantial amount of food and still be hungry!
Definitely not sweet, but I’ve seen the sweet ones on the shelf - left them there though…
Precooked ground beef, refried with three eggs and some shredder cheese, topped with sour cream. Breakfast.
Dining at a very meaty place today. First course are called Oinks: pork mince wrapped in bacon. Delish!
2nd course: beef ribs… don’t know why they put those sickly looking veg on there, not gonna get eaten!
Was looking forward to this all morning! Tuna, egg, olives, mozzarella balls, rollitos and a slice of toasted keto bread with butter on the top!
Thanks. We are seeing improvement in their … stool … already so I hope it will clear up. I know they will be on the liquid medicine for 3 weeks. On the plus side … they love the taste of the med, so I only have to put it in a spoon and let them lick it off as opposed to using they syringe and shooting it down their throat.
A pound of bacon and six fried eggs.
Did not take a picture, but 14 hours later am still so satisfied - would be easy to eat one meal per day this way.
