I’ve never had pork belly before and I’m trying to find a restaurant to try it in first, that way I know what I’m shooting for when I cook it. Yours looks amazing, I wish I could order a plate from you
Seriously, it is so easy. Just season with salt and pepper and sit in a medium oven for an hour. Turn it half way through. Easier than doing a whole piece of belly pork although thats nice too!

The other thing about coccidia in puppies is that is can be very resistant to treatment and take several courses before it is gone. Good luck.
