I have lost a total of 5 pounds in 72 hours, and I am pleased to report Steven has gained 7 lbs eating a ketogenic diet since February.

Tandoori pork loin with some jalapeno poppers on Monday with a curried caulirice.

For tonight’s dinner I butterflied a pork butt and spun it on the rotisserie for 5 hours until the fat caramelized. I also added a couple of Italian sausage for lunch and smoked jalapenos for the start of a salsa verde sauce.
