Cheesy cajun sausage and garden green beans from 2 years ago from the freezer.
What Did You Keto Today? Part IV
Got a picture tonight. lol
3 x Green Onion TurDucken sausages I smoked
1/2 lb raw ground beef
6 eggs
not pictured:
1 slice Hoghead cheese
4 oz Kirkland oven roasted turkey breast
I had to take a brain-break from all social media so I’m just now seeing this. I’m glad you liked it!
I almost wish I hadn’t discovered these because I’m obsessed. I whipped 4 egg whites to stiff peaks, drizzled in 2T gelatin dissolved in 1/4 C boiling water. I sweetened with some marshmallow syrup and stevia. I reserved a small amount and folded in some cocoa powder, then swirled it all together. Cocoa causes them to deflate so you can only use a little. It sets up like marshmallows due to the gelatin. Unfortunately I can eat the entire batch. There’s a million different flavor combos.
Happy Belated anniversary, @Digital_Dave as I see everyone congratulating you =).
The battery for my camera won’t re-load in time for a pic, I am about to take a huge chuck steak out of the oven. It has been roasting in there at 175 degrees all day, topped with my favorite spices and herbs, and tightly covered in aluminum foil. It will be tender as can be, served with cooked chard and kale and some blistered tomatoes.
Ginger chicken and broccoli from the freezer and a savory chaffle with wild blueberries and plain full fat yogurt.
These were so good but gave me a terrible tummy ache later. I took 2 digestive enzymes and was fine in about half an hour - I think it was just more fat than I am used to eating.
Yesterday’s meals…
Lunch… Fried Eggs, Bacon, Spam and Italian Sausage.
Dinner… Turkey Salad and 2 Italian Sausage.
Kale, harissa pork, olives, pumpkin seeds, a bit of red onion, and mustard dressing. I’d love to send a picture but my friend sent me her copy and I don’t know how to reduce its size. It was delicious though
Dinner… Chicken with Broccoli and Roasted Garlic Sauce. - Chilling out (Or warming up) under the blanket, after putting up some more Christmas Lights tonight.
Dinner… Made a snack plate of sliced Cheese and Pepperoni, then had a Top Sirloin, with Mushrooms and Onions, with a slice of Ham.

Thai Coconut Soup: This recipe is from All Day I Dream About Food. I’ve been following her for over a decade. You can’t go wrong with any of her dishes. One word of warning, this is very spicy. I will not be adding jalapeño next time. The Thai chili paste is plenty spicy on its own.
