Sausages made with a rotten meat?
What did you Keto today? Part Deux!
i hope not! High meat, as in meat predominant content ingredients - not rusk/fillers/grain whateverâŚ
OH! I thought you were talking about the âhigh meatâ from the another post. Apparently eating it is a thing
yeah I saw that one too! Havent tried high meat of that nature, think Iâd puke !
as in âhigh in meatâ high content of meat within each sausage, think these ones are like 70% turkey, so the carbs and calories are quite reasonable.
Itâs a phrase I coined from an old diet I used to do.
My feelings exactly. I donât know that I want to have to think/plan that far in advance. My younger son swears by his (both my sons and their wives are keto - yay!), so I can foresee myself getting one sometime in the future. Not at the top of my list atm, though.
Cooking a 12 pound turkey early so that we have leftovers. My husband is barbecuing the two other turkeys on Thursday but we have 20 people and people like leftovers. So hereâs my lunch today.
I can tell you at a handful of things wrong with every image I post, trust me
Making highly-anticipated âcornbreadâ dressing from Highfalutinâ Low Carb on YouTube. This âcornbreadâ is awesome. I added a little baby corn to it (thanks @Fiorella for turning me on to their use). Itâs a bit tender, so I may reduce the amount of broth when I assemble the dressing. Thanks @JustPeachy for link to this recipe! I canât wait for hubby to get home & try this!!
I ate lunch too fast to take a picture (Iâm not sure if a picture is required for posting in this thread, so Iâll do it anyway!)
A couple ounces of goat cheese, 2 strips of thick-sliced bacon, and a handful of pecans, and I am ready for the rest of the day!
