I promise I didn’t overdo it. I swear, I always feel like I’ve eaten less than a steak after waiting for the gauchos to come and shave off their choices.

Green curry & flat bread (coconut flour) again, still tweaking the bread but is nice to have something to mop up the sauce.
A sort of egg roll in a bowl dish using up leftovers in my fridge: sausage, coleslaw mix, mushrooms, onions, hot sauce, coconut aminos and a splash of vinegar. Needed some fresh ginger, but I’m out!
Yes with konjac powder! Don’t need much at all! Tastes just as good as regular flour. It’s a little pricey to buy but I got 8oz jar that will last forever with how little needed. I just add 1/2 teaspoon at a time.
Not yet but it’s in the recipe folder.
Edit; think flat bread may be a trigger, completly satiated but something niggling saying just have 1 more…think will avoid for a while.
