Carbing it up a little tonight… 2 - Sirloin Burgers with Provolone & Butter Fried Mushrooms and Onions. Added in some Spiral Ham, Pickles, Olives and Bacon. Also had about 10-12 Pecans, 5 Brazil Nuts, 3 Squares 90% Lindt’s and a Coconut Bai Drink. … Yep, it’s Fasting time! Probably go the rest of the week, or Saturday.
