Last of the rotisserie but damn those things are handy for a quick lunch. Chicken quarter topped with Italian ground beef and tomato sauce over spaghetti squash.

Salad with some extras… Summer Sausage, Pepperoni, Egg, etc. … Followed by a NY Strip with Mushrooms, Deviled Eggs, Cheese, Pickles and Olives.
Last nights Bacon/Jalapeno Cheeseburger Salad & today’s Wasabi Mayo Tuna Salad. The burger looks better but I’m calling it for the tuna - totally hit the spot
Wasn’t bad but the damn deli had run out of the streaky bacon - other stuff was OK but a bit lean.
Mexican-style brisket - it has to be Mexican, it’s got jalapenos and sour cream! 300g of 36-hour brisket topped with melted mozzarella, with some cool crisp iceberg lettuce, and pickled jalapenos to heat it up and sour cream to cool it down. And Avocado #becauseavocado
Carbs are too high as a percentage (because of how I messed up making the brisket), but steak for dinner is going to help with that. This was really good, just need to not go crazy using up old veges when making the brisket.
Technically this was yesterday, but I forgot to post it… Home grown reaper chilli beef stuffed portobello mushrooms (fking hot!) with roasted garlic butter chicken and brocolli, home cooked goodness!
